Re-established in 2006, the Boise State University Men's Rugby Club has been competing intercollegiately with schools all over the West.

It is our goal to produce not only excellent athletes, but great students as well. We appreciate all the support we receive from the rugby community. Head Forwards Coach 🔵🟠

Boise State Men’s Rugby is looking for an experienced Head Forwards Coach to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season. We need a technical leader to take ownership of our pack, build a dominant set-piece culture, and develop elite student-athletes.

Key responsibilities will include:

Scrum Development: Building a progressive program focused on technical body profiles, tight bind mechanics, and collective 8-man pressure.

Lineout Tactics: Owning the lineout strategy, developing explosive jumping pods, and implementing an adaptable calling system.

Forward Pod Play: Structuring open-play pod variations, drilling clinical breakdown arrival, and sharpening tip-pass mechanics to win the gainline.
