Idaho Central Arena, located in the heart of downtown Boise, is the home for Idaho Steelheads Hockey
Idaho Central Arena hosted it's first event on September 10, 1997, to the Idaho Sneakers World Team Tennis Match. Since that date, Idaho Central Arena has been host to many events including the Special Olympics: 2009 World Winter Games, Lipizzaner Stallions, ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs, Harlem Globetrotters, and numerous concerts.
