Surprise! Let’s welcome Isabella Lown to Solidify this week ✨

Isabella Lown is a dancer, choreographer, and creative director from the Midwest. She began her training at Misty’s Dance Unlimited as a member of the Pre-Professional Program and Traveling Team before relocating to Chicago at age 16 to expand her dance experience. While in Chicago, she performed with Beyond Words Dance Company and The Kate Jablonski Statement, including an international performance in Croatia. After graduating high school, Isabella was selected as one of 37 dancers for the inaugural year of the CLI Conservatory. Upon completing the program, she signed with Bloc Talent Agency and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. Throughout her career as a dancer, Isabella has worked closely with Teddy Forance, Zoi Tatopoulos, Jakevis Thomason, The Seaweed Sisters, Sadeck Berrabah, Monika Felice Smith, and Sabrina Phillip, among others. Drawing from this experience, she has taught masterclasses and choreographed for dancers nationwide. As a choreographer and creative director, Isabella is the founder of ileven productions, a production company specializing in producing dance on film. Her choreographic & film work includes the music video That’s What Love Does for Syd Franklin, as well as three self-directed visual projects released within the past year: Alejandro, Cry Me A River, and But I Fought For This. In addition to her screen work, Isabella has presented choreography on professional stages throughout Los Angeles, including Club Jeté, Choreographers Carnival, Reconstruct Exhibition, Journey Dance Awards, and Reconstruct Exhibition. She was also named a Choreographers Cup finalist at Dance Educators Collective this past summer. Alongside her choreographic career, Isabella serves as a judge and convention faculty member for GuiDANCE Experience and AMP Dance Competition.
