My journey started by practicing many different styles of dance, from classical to experimental and modern dance. Later on, I decided to pursue and concentrate my efforts in the field of strength and functional training. While I was working as a personal and group coach, I wanted to deepen my knowledge and understanding of physical training. During that time, I also earned a Masters degree in High-Performance Sports - conditioning training in the National Sports Academy in Sofia. I have also competed in bodybuilding, in the bikini fitness category. I was first introduced to the Suples Training Systems back in 2019, and I immediately fell in love with it. The training systems were something I had never tried before.
