Despite all the white stuff on the ground outside right now, we’ve been busy in the shop getting ready for race season! 🏁

One of the biggest performance upgrades we’ve brought in this winter are the Vision Metron TFE Team Edition Extensions. They’ve quickly become our favorite aerobar upgrade for most triathlon bikes!

Why, you ask?
• Comfort: these extensions feature a larger arm pad and surface area compared to most stock bars
• Aerodynamics: the full-arm design of these extensions close the gap between itself and your forearms, improving airflow at the front of the bike
• Weight: these are the lightest full-arm, one-piece extensions on the market
• Cost: at $740, they’re some of the most affordable full-arm, one-piece extensions on the market
• Simplicity: our mechanics can install the most basic setup in less than an hour, making them easy to incorporate into existing tri bike setups with electronic shifting

If success is like building a ladder, it is built one rung at a time. It’s ultimate height is dependent upon the strength of its lower rungs and foundation. The talent recruiters of the world are often looking for people who are already near the top rung but maybe they should look for people who still make progress and climb despite being kicked from above.

Do not underestimate the value of a good struggle. Being overlooked and under-hyped has its advantages. There’s an opportunity there if you’re willing to embrace it. ✨
