Treasure Valley Catholic Schools - Athletics

TVCS Sports start on Monday, August 16th. Here is the practice location and time for each sport.

Volleyball:
Games will be played at St. Ignatius start time 4:15 with B team playing first then A team.
7th will practice at St. Ignatius 4:30 - 6pm
8th will practice at BK (Reg) 6:45 - 8pm

Cross Country:
Practice time will be 4:30 - 6pm. Location will change throughout the season.
1st practice at Ann Morison Park, meet at the big fountain in the middle of the park.

Football:
Combined 7th and 8th grade team
at Bishop Kelly HS practice fields.
Practice time 6 - 8pm

Golf: Starts August 23rd
Lakeview Golf Club 5pm

TVCS Fall Sports practice begins August 17th.

Inner-valley League will be pushing the start date back a week for all Fall sports. New start date for TVCS Athletics is August 17th. This means all games scheduled the week of the 24th will be cancelled. We will resume our game schedule starting August 31st.

TVCS sports registration is still open!
If sports end up being cancelled there will be a refund for the season that did not happen.

We will move forward with the registration process for fall sports and will take precautions and follow guidelines to keep our kids and families healthy. A registration link for Football, Cross Country, Volleyball and Golf can be found on our official website for TVCS Athletics.

Boys Basketball...Tennis...Track

The boys basketball season is coming to an end this week with the 7th and 8th grade tournament starting tonight. 7th plays at 3:30 at Nampa West and 8th grade is at 6:00 at East Valley. Good luck boys and GO KNIGHTS!

Tennis: practice starts on Thursday, March 12 at 4:30 pm at the Julia Davis tennis courts.

Track: practice starts on Thursday, March 12 at 5:00 pm at Bishop Kelly

Both tennis and track require 10 practices prior to the first match/meet. That being said, the coaches will discuss practice times and dates with you this week. If they haven't made the 10 practices, be prepared to not participate in the first match/meet. Coaches information, practice schedule, and match/meet dates will be discussed further at practice on Thursday.

There has been questions regarding Golf this spring. We are opting to start in the fall this year due to course availability. We will start August 17 - September 22nd. Practice and Matches will be held at Lakeview Golf Club in Meridian from 5:30-7:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you have any questions, please email Todd Loveland at [email protected]

TVCS Athletics (Treasure Valley Catholic Schools) TVCS is a coalition of five Catholic K-8 schools in the greater Boise area. The schools combine for their middle school athletic programs.

To register for TVCS sports, please follow the registration link for your activity and the link for information & consent (this one only needs to be done once each year). Registration needs to be filled out online, and we ask you to please pay the registration fee through the FACTS website.

Also please review the following documents. All athletes must have a physical form on file with the Activities Director (Band participants do not need a physical). One physical is needed for all three years of Jr. High athletics. All forms and fees must be completed to participate in TVCS athletics.

Parents, TVCS Boys Basketball, 7th & 8th grade, will begin on January 6th. 8th grade will practice at St. Ignatius & 7th grade at St. Joseph's. The first 3 days will be tryouts for A & B teams. If we have enough kids out, we will consider a C team and schedule. Practice will be 5:00-7:00 the first three days, and then coaches will split practice time 5:00-6:30 & 6:30-8:00.

All athletes must fill out the registration, pay the fee, and have a physical on file. If they have had a physical for a TVCS sport in the past, that is still acceptable, and we should have it on file.

Congratulations to our TVCS Knights wrestlers! The kids wrapped up their season this weekend and brought home some hardware! We finished with 3 champions in their weight class, one 2nd place, one 3rd place, three 4th places, and one 5th place... So proud of these wrestlers and their coaches! Great job & Go Knights!
