When something feels inexplicably off

As an example

I have a client who is super business savvy, whip smart, multi 6-7 figure earner and has done spiritual work for decades.

But when I came to her business offering, she couldn’t commit.

“My energy and excitement just isn’t behind it”

She just felt this resistance

I told my client:

“I will happily sit here with you as long as it takes. The answer comes in layers. Im in it with you until the very end.”

And so we did
The worry melted off her face 🥰
We rolled up our sleeves & got gangster with it

Dear strong one,
I see you,
the one with the smile who secretly behind the scenes is so so tired of being strong and resilient

You wonder why is this so freaking hard?
When is it my turn?
And you look around seeing it happen for everyone else
Wondering what’s wrong with me?

You’re used to being the hard working one who wins at things you put your mind to

But that’s the problem,

I’ve come to find…

Sometimes when you need a mood shift, you don’t need alcohol, you don’t need mindset work, you just need the right song 🎶

Currently going through an EDM phase.

Loving 10:35 by Tiesto.

I love how the songs we listen to can invoke a certain vibe and emotion we want to feel

It’s a super powerful embodiment practice

The music we listen to changes our minds and our vibration

It’s one of the tools I used to move energy & shift my mood FAST

Sometimes I send moodshifting songs to my clients

I don’t know what it is but EDM music makes me feel powerful & connected to the collective & to spirit

Might just end up at burning man this year 👀🔥

Social media puts you elbow to elbow or head to toe in the social scroll with others like YOU because the algorithm is literally designed to do that. It can be so easy to get sucked into comparison in the echo chamber. Your voice leaps into your throat and you think - ugh she's already doing it. There's no room for me. What will my dad think?
