Meet Firefighter Acting Lieutenant Paramedic Kaleb Sparks AKA "The Dream", a dedicated member of Bonita Springs XT since 2021, and proudly served with Bonita Springs Fire Control and Rescue District for seven years. Kaleb quickly established himself as a crucial member of the extrication team, demonstrating exceptional paramedic skills and efficiency during high-pressure rescue operations on real calls. Kaleb brings both a calm demeanor and a sense of compassion to every mission, making him an invaluable asset to Bonita Springs XT.

When training on a Thursday turns into a call on a Tuesday. They say if you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready! Members of Bonita XT were able to respond and remove a trapped person in a very efficient time within days of training with & practicing very similar scenarios. There is no doubt a correlation between the amount of time we practice and the amount of time it takes us to get stuff done on scene.

Happy and hungry for our next opportunity. Bonita XT is proud to represent the community of Bonita Springs, SWFL, FL, and the USA in the upcoming World Rescue Challenge!
