The Open Book Stretch is a gentle yet powerful movement that improves thoracic mobility, that’s the part of your spine responsible for rotation, posture, and deep breathing.
When this area becomes stiff (which happens from sitting, driving, or working at a desk), the body starts to compensate, often with neck, shoulder, or lower back pain.
