Introducing our newest class at Isla Bonney Lake, a Women’s Only class with Professor Vanessa! Starting Saturday 9/26, our women’s class at BL will be every Saturday at 12pm.

This class will be for all levels — so all ladies are welcome! We are so excited to have Professor Vanessa share jiu jitsu with our Isla Ladies. We’ll see you all there!

Our new schedule starts Monday, July 21. We appreciate for your continued support as we learn more about our community and make adjustments to better serve everyone as we grow 🌱. We’re now enrolling students ages 4 and up—plus, your membership includes training at both locations.

& June 8 (BL), we will be celebrating our official Isla Bonney Lake Grand Opening!

As we wrap up our first official week at Bonney Lake, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for all the support we’ve received from near and far. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for continuing to show love to both Isla HQ and Isla Bonney Lake.
