The Red Flag Campaign and WECAN have combined to form . They are providing the same great programs they did separately, but are now under one organization! Applications open at the beginning of each semester on the Wellness and prevention engage page and close in October and March respectively.

Today we present the Clothesline Project. This project is meant to raise awareness of sexual violence and allow survivors to share their stories through art and stories. It aims to create an environment where survivors feel supported and believed.

Happy LDOC ASU! To prepare for finals, join us in the Wellness and Prevention Annex. A study space, with massage chairs, snacks, tea, calming music, and more has been set up for students to use! Feel free to use this space to study, do yoga, or relax!

An important part of working to prevent interpersonal and sexual violence is to debunk some of the common myths surrounding these issues. These myths can make it harder for survivors to speak up and feel supported, and can lead to the normalization of violence and harmful views. Hold one another accountable and speak up when you may hear these myths. And always, believe and support survivors.

The focus of this year’s SAAM is “Building Safe Online Spaces Together.” Consent is still vital in online environments, especially when sending photos/messages to another person. We can also be a part of making digital spaces more inclusive and respectful by saying something when we see harmful content.

Good morning all! Be sure to check out these SAAM events that are happening this week! Today, we are partnering with OASIS for an event called Rooting for Me. Stop by Sanford Mall to paint your own pot and plant some seeds, as well as learn more about OASIS and the Red Flag Campaign. We are also hosting open trainings for tiers 2 and 3!

Happy international transgender day of visibility! Today we are highlighting four leaders in the trans and LGBTQIA+ rights movement. These individuals work to fight against the hate that is present in our society towards trans and non-binary individuals, and create one where acceptance, love, and support prevails.
