Happy Monday, everyone! We are back with another instructor video!

Today's video is all about Kyo Sa Nim David Eller! Kyo Sa Nim started with us 11 years ago -- he has quite literally grown up in the school.

Over the last 11 years, Kyo Sa Nim has earned his 3rd degree black belt along with his teaching title (Kyo Sa Nim). Off of the mats, he spent his time with Mountain Alliance, helping lead his high school's robotics club AND spent time on the stage!

Kyo Sa Nim Eller has found a true passion for education and we are SO grateful to have him a part of the team!

Small routines can make big responsibilities feel easier. 🥋

Day 1 of 7: Choose the same time and the same place for an important daily habit.

Whether it’s homework at the kitchen table, reading before bed, music practice in the living room, or stretching before sports, a consistent routine removes the question of when and where to begin. Over time, that familiar cue helps kids get started with less reminding and more independence.

Today we are discussing the common teaching titles you'll hear us use!

It's important to note that not all schools use these titles, and that's okay. Some may use them and they represent something different, and that's also okay.

It's also important to note that these titles aren't necessarily direct translations from Korean to English. Some are and some are not. This video is simply about the ways they are commonly translated, and once again, how we use them in relationship to our school!

And that's a wrap for our 10th Annual Warrior Weekend!

THANK YOU so very much to everyone who helped make this weekend GREAT! Taylor SBN & Taylor-Yoho SBN for planning, prepping, coordinating, and teaching awesome classes! Bernardo SBN for making the trip from SC to join us in fellowship and share your energy and expertise with us! Glass KSN, Eller KSN, Taylor-Yoho JKN and Student Leaders Glass, Wolf, Winters, and Maloney for helping with ALL the things to keep this weekend running smoothly and ensure that all of our guests were welcomed and supported! Kyle & Brandi Young for sharing not only their amazing space (field, pavillion, and beautiful new bath house) but also their knowledge and passion for Martial Arts with us all! And Mother Nature for unprecedented gorgeous weather to for gathering and training!
