Wellness isn’t only what you do for yourself.
Wellness is often framed as something personal—how we move, rest, breathe, or care for our own needs.
But care can ripple outward, too.
The attention we give. The way we listen. The ways we show up and participate. Small acts of care can become part of the wellbeing of the people around us.
Caring for ourselves and caring for our communities don’t have to be competing ideas. Both can be part of what it means to be well.
What’s one small way you contribute to the wellbeing of those around you? Share yours in the comments. 💙
