This kid is something special!

Timmy got a natural feel boxing 🥊

Great timing, serious strength, and skills that keep getting better every session!

But what impresses us most isn’t just his ability. It’s his dedication. He keeps showing up, putting in the work, learning, and pushing himself. No quitting. No giving up.

Timmy, we’re incredibly proud of you!
We appreciate the hard work you bring every time you walk through our doors.

Keep showing up, kid. You’ve got something special. 🥊❤️

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, COACH CHRIS! 🥊⚽️

Chris is an athlete through and through. An incredible soccer player, and a damn good one at that. But what makes Chris special isn’t just his athletic ability. It’s what he chooses to do with it.

Chris sees people !

He doesn’t look at someone and focus on what they can’t do. He sees what they CAN do, what they could become, and how he can help them get there. Every person is an individual to him. Every ability matters. Nobody gets overlooked. Nobody gets left behind.

And here’s something people don’t always see behind the scenes.

When Chris isn’t coaching, he’s STILL thinking about coaching. Sending us videos, sharing ideas, coming up with new ways to challenge our athletes and help them grow. It’s literally October, and this guy is already thinking about our winter events, how to bring people together, and how to get more people involved.

WHO DOES THAT?! CHRIS DOES. 😂❤️

And that’s what speaks volumes about his character.

He’s protective of his athletes. He believes in them. He advocates for them. He sees potential where others might see limitations. And giving up on someone? That’s just not in his vocabulary.

Being a great athlete is one thing. Using that greatness to lift other people up is something entirely different.

We are incredibly lucky to have you as part of the No Labels family. Not just because of what you bring to our gym, but because of the kind of human being you are

Happy Birthday, Coach! Keep being that rare one. We see you, we appreciate you, ❤️🥊

Your No Labels Family 🖤

MICHAEL IS BACK AT IT! LET’S GO! 💪🔥

It’s been a little while since we paid Michael a visit, and WOW, did he show us …..🫡

This guy is a NATURAL! The strength, the punches, the determination!
Boxing is definitely his thing, and he knows it! 🥊

And apparently, most those punches were for Coach Erik 😍
Well, Erik you’re one lucky guy that’s for sure !

But THIS right here is what it’s all about.

Trust us, these athletes are doing the hard work. We’re just here to teach, encourage, adapt, and find different ways to get those muscles moving and those bodies working!

And man, do they show us what’s possible. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

They put in WORK. They push limits, build confidence, and break barriers that people once thought couldn’t be broken.

And Coach Jon that was some SERIOUS bag work!

Michael, you are one strong dude 💪🏽

Keep throwing those punches, champ!

YOU do the work. WE bring the support. TOGETHER, we make it happen. ❤️🥊

You know that feeling after a workout?

You’re tired. It was hard. Maybe halfway through you were ready to be DONE.

But then you finish.

And there’s that feeling of accomplishment. Pride. Confidence. Knowing you just did something GOOD for your body and your mind.

Well yeah …….Our adaptive athletes feel that too. 🥊❤️

Fitness isn’t just about getting stronger, losing weight, or building muscle. It’s about feeling capable. Challenging yourself. Building confidence. Having something you can work toward and be PROUD of.

Everyone deserves access to that feeling.

And while we’re helping our athletes become stronger and more confident, they’re doing something for us too.

They make us better coaches.
Better listeners.
More patient.
More creative.
And, without a doubt, better humans
Big shoutout to Ashish for putting in the WORK. 💪🥊

You earned that post-workout feeling, my guy.

🔥❤️

ANOTHER SESSION IN THE BOOKS! 🥊🔥

Coach Chris & Mike did it again and WOW, what an amazing session it was 💪🏽

Mike, you work so darn hard.
You put the work in, and your love for boxing shows every single time you step into that gym. ❤️

Pretty sure there wasn’t ONE muscle getting the day off. 💪

But the best part? Like always… that SMILE. 😁

Coach Chris 🫡 another great session. Always patient, always pushing, always finding a way to bring out the best in his athletes. 💯

🔥 HUGE SHOUTOUT TO JEN! 🔥

Jen is hands down one of the most fearless, confident, encouraging, BADASS women we’ve ever met.

Wall sit challenge🔥
30-second wall sit.
30-second break.
Repeat it 3 TIMES. 😮‍💨🔥

But that last round? Nahhhh… Jen wasn’t done.

45… almost 50 SECONDS. 💪

Legs burning. Body telling you to stop. And Jen just kept PUSHING.

That’s what we’re talking about. 👏

This woman works HARD 💪🏽

A BEAST. 🦍
A beautiful beast at that. ❤️

We see you, Jen. We see the work. We see the strength.

PROUD OF YOU!

Nice work Coach Jonathan Ciffer We see you 🫡

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, COACH DAN! 🥊❤️
Dan Chiappetta

Coach Dan is truly one of the kindest, most caring people we’ve ever met.
From the first day he walked through our doors until today, he has never changed 🙏🏽

Cool. Chill. Easygoing. Always positive.
And when we say this man truly loves what he does, you can see it. In his smile, his laugh, how excited he is to see everyone, and even how genuinely concerned he gets when one of his athletes misses a session.

That’s Coach Dan. ❤️

We are beyond blessed to have you on our team. No Labels Adaptive simply wouldn’t be the same without you

Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for always bringing that positive energy and, most importantly, for caring about every athlete from the heart.

Ps : also thank you for being a human punch shield when they are chasing you down 😂 Love this part ❤️

Happy Birthday, Dan! 🥳 You deserve every blessing coming your way. Enjoy your day and know one thing for sure:

You are loved, you are appreciated, and you make No Labels a better place just by being YOU. ❤️🥊

Biggest misconception about adaptive fitness? 👀

That needing support means not understanding.
That taking breaks means not working.
That because it looks like a game… we’re just playing.

Nah. Everything is intentional. 💯

🎾 Ball toss? Add the squat.
⬆️ Jumping? We’re building toward that box jump.
✋ High-five break? Confidence + connection.
💬 Quick chat? Social skills + processing what we just accomplished.
😮‍💨 Pause? Regulate, reset… then WERE BACK.

We adapt the movement.
We don’t lower the expectation.

Different route. Same WORK. 🥊🔥

Don’t confuse support with inability.

Shout out to Coach Chris 💪🏽
