IT’S WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY.

Acknowledging those who may be struggling with feeling seen or heard. Take a moment and practice the following:

1) Find a fun activity that’s meaningful and ground yourself in that moment.

2) Normalize using your voice to express your emotions.

3) Check with your P*P for nutritional guidance.

Meet Sarita Owens, founder of Platinum Girlz & Ladies and one of our Backpack Buffet Partners. Over the course of 7 years, she has curated some wonderful initiatives such as back to school and Christmas drives. This beautiful, strong, black Queen exemplifies hard work, dedication and commitment. Our backpack buffet wasn’t any different. I am so honored and grateful for all of her efforts to ensure we served our students well.

LETZ MOVE IS JOINING THE 1in 36 MILE CHALLENGE FOR AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH!🚶🏾🚶🏾‍♀️👟💚💛🧡💙💜

🧩 Autism now affects 1 in 36 children and 1 in 45 adults in the U.S. These numbers highlight the increasing recognition and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

This April, we’re joining the 36-Mile Challenge for Autism Awareness! The goal is to complete 36 miles throughout the month…whether by walking, running, hiking, or any other way you move! Since 1 in 36 children is diagnosed with autism, this challenge is a powerful way to raise awareness and show support.

Greetings and Good Afternoon.

As our fiscal year comes to a close, we want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us along the way. Letz Move With Reka, Inc. is more than just line dancing—we are committed to making movement-based events affordable and accessible by assisting with securing monetary and in-kind donations, budgeting, and accounting to help offset costs.

This year, we are proud to have served as the fiscal sponsor for four line dance groups and two non-line dance organizations that share our mission and values. Through these partnerships, we’ve helped foster community, connection, and movement for even more people.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We look forward to growing, supporting, and dancing with you in the year ahead!

It's that time of year again where we'll be hosting a holiday drive. Please consider sharing some holiday spirit and cheer with those in need. Last year our community came together during one of the most difficult times in recent memory to provide some much needed Christmas Cheer and we would love to do the same this time around. In addition to donating to our local community Center, we have decided to sponsor a fee families.
Let's come together again and show that strong Holiday spirit by donating new unwrapped toys, gift cards and cash/check for children of all ages.
