Day 1 of the Strength Guide ✅

This guide was made for those who would love to gain muscle, loose fat and do not have hours to spend on a single workout. This workout took 35 minutes in total

3 sets of each circuit, pyramid reps ranging from 12,10,8 reps.

** Important: use weights that work for YOU! These weights were too light for me, which at times caused me to speed through a set, if you’re getting though your sets like flash, think about increasing your weights!**

New year, New you, right?

As the new year is here, we get so fixated on wanting to change something every single year but two months in we slowly stop working towards our goals.

Why? Why do we stop so soon even though we’re so eager to achieve these goals? Most likely due to discipline and not setting attainable goals.

✔️ set achievable goals
✔️ eliminate the all or nothing mindset
✔️ give yourself grace when you’re not feeling motivated
✔️ remember your “why”

⚠️Being healthy is a lot more then calorie counting…

A societal norm is to be fixated on how many calories are in every single thing that you eat in order to be “healthy.” But have you ever taken a look at the ingredients that you’re eating and drinking? Some things that may be “low calorie” or “no sugar added” may have worst ingredients as fillers, so just as a reminder READ YOUR INGREDIENTS 😎

Calories and eating a balance diet is important, but so is what you’re putting into your body!
