A historic day for BSCB, but the job is far from over.
For the first time in club history in a Pro 40 match, we secured a victory by 10 wickets.

Our bowlers set the tone early at Wrentham III, bowling out Boston Gymkhana S.C. - C for 60 runs in 17.5 overs. It was a clinical performance in the field, led by Seam Mahmud with a 5-wicket haul (7.5-17-5) and Nazrul Islam taking 3 wickets for just 3 runs (2.0-3-3). Mohammad Majid and Adnan Salam both chipped in with a wicket apiece to wrap up the innings.
The chase was just as focused. Our openers tracked down the target in exactly 5.0 overs, finishing at 61/0 with a clinical 12.20 run rate:
Seam Mahmud: 31* off 17 balls (4x4, 1x6)
SM Sajjad Hossain: 24* off 14 balls (3x4, 1x6)

Hard pill to swallow yesterday at Almont Park, but a massive testament to what we’ve built here at Bangladesh Sports Club Boston (BSCB). When opponent teams have to bring in former international Test and ODI players just to secure a win against us, it shows exactly how much of a threat we’ve become. It wasn’t our day on the field, and things didn’t go our way with the bat, One tough match doesn’t define our season or our squad. We take the lessons, analyze the tape, and leave the rest behind.
