One of my favorite aspects of the HBS community was how introspective and self-aware so many of the students are. There is a genuine hunger to not only learn but to grow and refine. Many of the women and men that come out of this school end up leading much of our world - it’s just a fact - and I loved that many of them knew that their character mattered. Their priorities mattered. It taught me time and time again how valuable it is to pause, look inward, identity what needs to change, and walk forward in bold confidence.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The “why” behind all that lives to do. Knowing our personal why is what fuels us when the work we do, the relationships we invest in, and the commitments we show up for get tough (which they always eventually do). Identifying our why is critical to a life lived with vision and purpose.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Brandon served as President of UConn Consulting group and is sharp, self-aware, and a natural leader. He’s got one heck of an impressive resume, but what stood out to me the most is how personable, caring, and genuine he is. I have no doubt he is going to continue to leave a lasting impact on all he interacts with.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
