Are you too busy chasing unimportant things, mimicking the wrong influences, and following disappointing or unfulfilling nonexistent paths?
What is your guiding principle and highest priority? What lights you up? What makes your soul dance?
When your efforts are not directed at a cause/purpose, how will you know what to do day in and day out?
It’s such an incredible thing to watch someone live our their passion and see their heart and soul in fire. It always lights me up and awakens my heart.
So tell me, what’s the nectar of your soul? What brings you back to life?

I can’t tell you how many times I have heard this and it’s often an excuse. Can it be expensive? Sure! The varying costs of healthy foods is great–it all depends on where you are shopping, how much time you are willing to commit and how much research you have done.
No matter what the end price, healthy foods will never leave you short changed on a zestful life. Personally, when I am eating more whole foods, fruits and vegetables I feel REALLY good. During the holidays I ate a lot of sweets and processed foods and although I enjoyed them I was left feeling yucky, fatigued and bloated. I am feeling so much better now that I am back to eating well!

The top two most common road blocks I hear…. “I don’t have time” or “It’s too much money”
If it REALLY matters to you, you make the time. If it really matters to you then you adjust your budget.
If it really matters to you then you make some small sacrifices and MAKE IT HAPPEN!!
Let me help you figure this out…
Start reflecting and taking inventory on how you are spending your ⏰ and how you are spending your 💵. Jot it down in your notes section for ONE week.
For that week jot down how you spent every hour. For one week track every penny you spent.
When the week is over, review your log intentionally and mindfully while asking yourself “Is this more important than my health and fitness goals?” If the answer is no then highlight it.
Now, add up all the items you highlighted that are “less important” to you.
Soooo if you REALLY care about your health and fitness goals you will have highlighted enough items that you can sacrifice to MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
What are some easy time sacrifices?
•Scrolling social media, hitting the snooze button, hanging out with toxic people, watching 1-2 less episodes of your favorite tv show.
Easy money sacrifices?
•Starbucks, is there a monthly subscription you could eliminate that you don’t use much, shopping at expensive grocery or clothing stores, too much takeout.
I swear to you that you have the time and money to make your health and fitness goals happen. You just need to figure out where that time and money is going and evaluate what changes you can make.
Let’s get glowin y’all!!! 🌟

Some of my tips for you if you have any health/fitness goals for the new year! My favorite one is tip #1
Often I get asked “how do you stay so motivated to workout.” I don’t. Are you always motivated to pay your bills? Brush your teeth? Go to work? No…. But we do them.
Taking care of your body via fitness is another one of those things (hopefully you enjoy its benefits some too 😝) On days I don’t feel like doing it I get up and do it because it’s part of my routine as a non negotiable, 90% of the time. I never regret it after. Ever.
So pick the days and times that work best for you and just do it.
If you need any additional support the month is still 10% off all sign ups all month long.

I challenge you to drink an ounce of water per each pound you weigh for 2 weeks and note the difference it makes! So, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 150oz of water.
Before your coffee, before you eat get that H2O!!! Aim for 8oz but 16oz would be 👌👌👌 Don’t have lemon? Don’t like Lemon? Fine! Just drink plain old water. Did you know starting your day with coffee before having water and food can make a mess of your hormones and start your day with raised cortisol levels? So, water first, then food, then coffee!
Drinking enough water each day will also help to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.
So drink up y’all.

I love making new years goals. Each year I try to pick a resolution that nourishes my mind, body and soul. I think of what my highest, most authentic version of myself looks like and I make realistic goals based on that!
Giving up on New Year’s resolutions is often related to three issues: difficulty breaking old habits, focusing on specific outcomes, and problems with purpose.
You can increase your chances of achieving your New Year’s resolutions by setting realistic and achievable process goals that will help you form new habits, as well as following other steps for success.
If you don’t feel connected to your resolution, it isn’t meaningful to you, or you aren’t motivated to make the changes required to achieve your goals, you will be more likely to give up.
I would love to be a part of your support team if you have goals that surround health/nutrition/fitness. I still have spots for 6 clients and am offering 10% off all sign ups in January 🥰💪🏻🌟

💥SELF CARE ISN’T SELFISH!!! 💥
If we have learned anything over the last several months it is that we are all connected. Taking care of ourselves is a way we can take care of our community, family and friends.
In 2022 let’s redefine what self care is. It comes down to setting priorities, boundaries and pursuing/creating our purpose.
The biggest thing I encourage you to ask yourself is…
What can I do today that will fill me with positive emotions?! What activities can you do that refuel you mentally and physically and allow you to engage fully in your life?
Self care is different for everyone. However it looks for you, lean into it.
