Herding dancers is like herding cats because finding dance practice buddies can be difficult. Created by Mona Xue and Genny Kunkel, we are a swing-obsessed group of dancers based in the Boston area who want to improve their Lindy Hop skills. We hold lindy hop practice sessions and online watch parties to provide more opportunities to develop new skills, encourage the exchange of ideas, and motivate dancers at all levels to put their dance shoes back on! We aim to create a space where people can feel comfortable making mistakes and feel free to experiment with new ideas. Whether you are a new dancer who wants more detailed help, a dancer looking for more dance partners, or a seasoned pro looking for a place to practice, we encourage you to join our practice sessions!
