Community is EVERYTHING ✨

Back in the Spring I chatted with Kate from about how important community is in the work I do. There are so many reasons why people start & continue their fitness journeys, & it’s not always to lose those extra lbs.

Sometimes it’s to gain confidence.
Or strength.
Or to better their mental health.
Or to be a part of something BIGGER than themselves.

My hope for anyone who’s trained with me one on one or taken my classes FEELS that community. I know I do with all the clients who have become genuine friends over the past year.

Can’t wait to connect more & grow this community even further in 2022!
