Plug into this 30 minute HIIT Cardio Circuit 2x a week for your weekly cardiovascular activity.

Forget sbout hopping on the boring and mindless treadmill for an hour. Instead, optimize your time with intervals of kettlebell swings, battle ropes, ball slams etc.

The class entails different interval styles, such as Tabata, EMOMs, Fight Gone Bads and AMRAPS. All to challenge you, improve your conditioning and help you shed some body fat.

This class will take place on Tuesdays at 6p and Fridays at 6pm starting January 4th, 2022.

If you want to gain strength, build muscle and stay lean while doing it, or get lean while maintaining your hard earned muscle mass, you need to plug into this group class.

Work towards your personal goal within a group setting that will encourage and push you to be your best.

The class will take place 2x a week. Sundays at 11:30am-12:30pm and Wednesdays at 7:30pm-8:30pm

IMPROVE YOUR SQUAT TECHNIQUE

If you have trouble tracking your knees outward and/or excessively leaning forward during your squat, here's a squat variation to try.

1.Grab a Kettlebell and wrap a band around the handle (make sure you're grabbing the kettle upside-down).



2. Wrap the ends of the band around the mid part of your feet and step slightly outside of shoulder width apart.



3. Brace your core, draw your shoulder blades down and back, then squat. Make sure to track your knees outside of the band and actively resist the band from pulling you forward.
