Meet the Coach 🇭🇹⚽

As we get closer to the start of IDA’s Coaching Education Program in Haiti, meet another member of the team selected to lead the initiative: Luís Jorge.

A UEFA B licensed coach and performance analyst, Luís brings experience across Biensa CF, CD Acero and CFA Quart de les Valls, combining his work on the pitch with a strong understanding of performance analysis and player development.

In Haiti, he’ll bring that experience into a week built around sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas and learning alongside the local coaches.

And he has a message for them in both English and French. 🇭🇹🤝🇫🇷

See you soon, Haiti!

Meet the Coach ⚽

In just a few days, IDA will be on the ground in Haiti to deliver a Coaching Education Course as part of our partnership with Haiti’s new youth football league Ligue des Jeunes d’Haïti (LJH) - sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, and supporting the continued development of coaches within the league.

Now, it’s time to meet one of the coaches selected to lead the initiative: Vicente Bosch, IDA Academy Director.

A UEFA Pro License holder, Vicente brings experience from Villarreal CF and CD Castellón and currently coaches Quart de les Valls in Spain’s Lliga Comunitat.

His approach goes beyond the technical side of the game, with a strong focus on tactical understanding, player development and the mental side of performance.

Now, he’s heading to Haiti ready to share his experience - and just as importantly, learn from the coaches and football community there.

Next stop: Haiti. 🇭🇹🤝
