Overseeing my client Megan’s 12 week transformation.

Not much to be said about this one.
So many challenges along the way, having to build a good relationship with food, having to reeducate her on the importance of seeing food as fuel for not just working out but also for everyday life .

The truth is, it took longer than she had expected but the reality is, the more time we spent working together, the more she began to get comfortable with eating and seeing food as fuel and not as an enemy, we focused on eating in social events especially as this was something she often struggled with over the weekend.

We also focused on training from the comfort of her home 3x a week along with a high output with her daily step count.

A busy husband and dad of 2 daughters 😅
Pat has definitely put done himself with his consistency commitment! We understood we had to be efficient with the little time he had, so we had to streamline his training, and nutrition. We focused on strength, conditioning, mobility as well as hypertrophy to maximize his time in the gym!
This allowed us to adopt a more functional style of training.

“Small disciplines repeated with consistency every day lead to great achievements gained slowly over time.”

From wedding prep to honeymoon prep, been working with Julie since she got married last year, we’ve gone through half wedding prep and marathon preps and this time her main focus was to get toned up for her honeymoon and i can say that’s exactly what she was able to achieve.

Putting our main focus on strength training and proper nutrition over an 8 week period, we were able to get her ready in no time!
