5th in her AG at the Boston Marathon—Heidi, you crushed it.
Two weeks ago she was racing in Singapore at T100 and flatted on the bike. Came back home sick, juggling kids, and still pushed through her final prep for Boston.
This is why I coach.
It’s not just about splits or PRs—it’s about helping athletes define their goals, manage the chaos, stay focused, and find ways to keep showing up.
Sometimes that means dialing things back. Other times it means pushing harder. But always, it means being in their corner.
