We're offering free body composition assessments to members of the HBS community who are not yet Shad Hall members and are interested in starting their very first membership.
Through tomorrow (January 16), non-members considering their first membership can schedule a short, simple meeting with an exercise specialist to unlock personalized fitness insights, including muscle mass and fat mass.

This week, we're offering two free reformer Pilates classes to HBS community members considering their very first Shad Hall membership! Interested? Spots are limited, so email Leah ([email protected]) to inquire about availability.
Classes will take place from 5:15pm - 6:15pm on January 14 and 15.
In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates, helping you build strength, flexibility, and core stability. The reformer provides resistance to challenge and support the body during each exercise.

Want to learn how to set up and use fitness equipment at Shad Hall? Join one of our fitness equipment orientations, happening on:
- Monday, January 12 (5:15pm - 6:15pm)
- Tuesday, January 13 (12:15pm - 1:15pm)
Sessions are available to current Shad Hall members and HBS community members who are considering their very first Shad Hall membership.
During the orientation, a Shad Hall exercise specialist will guide you through proper set-up and use of equipment in the Tim Day Fitness Room, with a focus on strength equipment, racks, and cable machines.
Build confidence in the gym! Sessions are open to all fitness levels, and questions are encouraged.
Current members can sign up at shad.hbs.edu/Program under "Specialty Classes" or by calling 617-495-6060. Non-members considering their first Shad Hall membership should email Phil ([email protected]) to request a spot. Space is limited, so request your spot now.
