Lots of beach time, softball time, and family time. The team went on cruises, met monkeys, umpired games and played games, connected with teammates, and absolutely took advantage of some time to rest and rejuvenate 😌🧘‍♀️

Saturday, the Emmanuel softball team ended their 2025 campaign in heartbreaking fashion after losses to JWU and Simmons. This team showed so much fight and heart and we are forever indebted to our Seniors who have given ECSB so much. Remember, it's not how you start it's how you finish. And though on the scoreboard, we didn't finish the way we wanted, we finished with heart, together, and grew so much. We are so proud 💙💛

Yesterday, ECSB had the honor of participating in annual Strike Out Cancer games in partnership with the 🤍
Our very own Gwyn's Mom, Colleen, threw out the ceremonial first pitch to her daughter. She has been battling Breast Cancer since 2023 and after multiple rounds of radiation since, on April 7th, received a clear mammogram 🩷
To Colleen, and all others fighting Cancer everyday, we are inspired by your resilience and tenacity. Cancer affects all of us and we aim to do our part in volunteering and donating to help fund research and ultimately a cure. Thanks to Elms for including us in this special day as a reminder that we're always playing for something bigger than ourselves 💙💛
