Head Instructors Steve and Mady Giroux have been involved in martial arts for many years. Steve starting at the age of 7 and Mady starting at 2 and 1/2. Steve is a retired national competitor and Mady is still actively competing and training to earn her 4th Degree Black Belt. We are eager to share our knowledge and keep you safe 💪👊

Great time 2 weeks ago hosting an awesome fighting seminar from our UFAF friends in Arizona -Jorge and Jorgito Alonzo, Krystal Alvarez and Jakob Gonzales. Followed by an action filled weekend competing at the Ocean State Grand Nationals in RI !!

Currently 4 Norris Cup Winners from Giroux Bros. can’t wait to see who from GB will join the list in years to come…💪
