Working out is the same as Tinder
Tinder brought new meaning to “there are plenty of fish in the sea”
There are so many swipe rights, so many opportunities to meet girls or meet guys…
and they are looking for the perfect key that's going to unlock the perfect relationship
and just like people in successful marriages and relationships recognize there is no such thing as the “perfect” relationship, and that it's about picking one and making it work…
I think you can look at workouts the same way
How many times have you changed workouts?
Or perhaps start researching best workouts for weight loss because you want to drop the gut…
Only to find 100’s of different ways to do it all with completely opposing methods…
Then 45 minutes later you have a meeting… and a week later realize you never started.
So ultimately it isn’t about finding the BEST workout… it’s about picking one that feels good, that matches your schedule, and where you are currently in your fitness journey…
and. sticking. to. it
and so in the heart of making your day simpler - let me just give it to you.
If this is you, then here is the workout you should be doing.
If you need to
-lose more than 30lbs
-don’t particularly love being in the gym and have a lot of other important things to do
-cant push your body like you did in your 20’s
-and are usually preoccupied by work and family
then here is your imperfect but effective workout that shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes:
3 sets of as many pushups as you can do
3 sets of as many reverse lunges as you can do
3 planks as long as you can hold
Do this 4 days a week to start. Then as the muscle soreness becomes less noticeable add a 5th day.
That's it
The truth is that the information about what to do isn’t your problem - It’s your ability to implement it.
Share this with someone who needs to just PICK and STICK ;)

🚨 Most executives don't realize their health is silently draining their career performance—until it's too late.
🎯Ever wake up after 7 hours of sleep and still have to force yourself out of bed?
🎯Feel like it takes more effort to do the same things?
🎯Drinking coffee like teenagers drink Mt. Dew?
This isn’t aging.
💡It’s poor recovery, hormone imbalance, and a lack of a structured fitness system keeping you energized and focused instead of drained.
Your fitness shouldn't be about looking good.
✅That should be a side effect
It’s should be about dominating your field, sustaining energy, and outperforming competitors.
It should be about making the time you have with the people you love richer, deeper, and more meaningful
It should be about giving you more QUALITY time to do the things that matter...because TIME you never get back./
Your body is your not only your business’ most important asset.
But your family's as well.
Yet most high-level professionals treat it like an afterthought.
💡 Here’s what I teach my executive clients:
✅ Train for energy & performance → not just aesthetics. This means not spending 90 minutes in the gym decimating your muscles. Instead focus on 20-30 minute workouts 3-5 times a week.
✅ Optimize your hormones → sleep, stress, and nutrition are just as important as lifting weights. Without them all the hard work goes to 0.
✅ Use fitness as your strategic advantage → a sharp mind needs a strong body. Remember the more in shape you are the better circulation and blood flow you have... YEP remember your brain is a MUSCLE... Better circulation = more oxygen to your brain
..and other parts of your body btw😉
🎯 If you're ready to optimize your fitness like a CEO, let’s talk.

If your “diet” doesn’t work long term, then it doesn’t work.
Try not to be fooled by the initial weight loss of a program
and fall into the trap of thinking it’s “successful”
Most of the time those initial results is just water weight coming off.
ESPECIALLY if you’re doing low carb / keto.
Glycogen (carbs) holds onto a lot of water
so when you initial drop your carb intake,
and your body begins to use yours glycogen stores…
Naturally you’ll lose a lot of weight weight.
But remember, it takes a 3500 calorie deficit to drop a pound of fat.
So if you’ve lost 10lbs in a week - chances are it’s not from being in a 35,000 calorie deficit.
Not to mention, if you drop your calories TOO low
your body won’t be able to maintain your muscle mass, and you’ll actually start to lose muscle.
Aka - your body fat % can actually INCREASE even when you’re trying to diet.
So focus on sustainability instead of short term results.
A diet that you can do forever, is enjoyable, and flexible enough to not deprive you of your favorite foods and keep you starving 24/7
It will allow you to have your cake, and still fit into your pants
So how do you actually achieve this
1. Whenever you are considering a diet or program, can you imagine yourself doing it for the next 6 months, 1 year, 2 years?
2. Make sure it is built around changing your overall lifestyle - think the 3 Ms, movement metabolism & mindset
3. Choose a system that doesn’t promise magic results or require you to purchase expensive equipment or supplements
