✨ Procrastination ✨
❓What is something you tend to procrastinate?
➡️ Whether it’s:
- I’ll start working out next week
- I’ll clean my room this weekend
- I’ll eat better tomorrow
😔 Procrastinating things prevents you from getting started. Until you get started, you won’t see any progress & definitely won’t finish the task at hand.
📚 One thing I procrastinated for so long was reading. In 2022 I finally started buying books to read, after saying I would for years. It’s now become one of my favorite things to do in my free time.
✅ I ended up reading 14 books in 2022 (slide 2). I love thrillers, suspense, horror, crime & mystery genres to name a few. I even started my own novella, but it’s a lot harder than I expected!

📈 Progress Is Not Linear 📉
1️⃣ April 2022
Stella decided to surprise me & jump on the bench. 🐾
During this time I was very stressed out, drinking far too often & eating everything. Slept in often rather than getting up to workout.
I felt like sh*t, unhappy, bloated all the time. I knew I needed to get it together.
2️⃣ December 2022
One chapter of my life came to a close, another was beginning.
A few months of clean eating & way less drinking I started feeling a lot better about myself. Made the decision to start cutting in January.
3️⃣ February 2023
A little over one month into the cut & feel so much better. Less bloating, more energy & mental focus.
Still stressed tbh but working on healthier coping mechanisms & more positive thinking.
❗️We all fall off the wagon sometimes:
⛰️ Sometimes you feel on top of the world.
🛑 Other times you feel halted completely.
💪 The power is in your hands to either keep making excuses & feel sh*tty, or push through & take control of your life to work towards where you want to be. You got this!

🍣🍱 Sushi! 🍱🍣
😋 Love having sushi as a nice treat, especially on days where I’m feeling extra sore and need to refuel
😲 Believe it or not.. this sushi is from a grocery store: ! And it’s very good. Every morning the sushi chefs are there prepping, so you know the sushi is fresh daily
♥️ Shrimp California Roll & Snow Mountain Maki Roll are by far some of my favorites. Sushi with eel (unagi) is also incredibly good
