👯 Feel free to bring a friend, but you don’t need to - you will definitely have a chance to meet a new one here! If you’re feeling shy, come talk to one of your Midnight Runners Captains, wearing a green arm band. We’ll get you plugged in!

🎶 Leave the headphones at home, we’ve got you covered there too 😇

🏃🏽‍♀️ We run one mile at a time, and then reconvene for a bodyweight exercise that we complete as a group! Our events are most enjoyable for those who can comfortably run the full distance between 8-10 min/mile.
