But if you ask me? I’m taking Chris Paul.

CP3 was the quintessential point guard — controlled the game, created for everybody, protected the basketball, dictated tempo, and made his teammates better. He represented that old-school point guard mentality that feels like a dying breed in today’s NBA.

Westbrook was an absolute force. The athleticism, intensity, triple-doubles, and ability to take over a game were special.

But Chris Paul was the point guard’s point guard.

This ban isn’t an overreaction.

It’s a franchise refusing to let a man who hasn’t played real basketball in years turn their game into his personal stunt.

He wanted attention.

He got a lifetime ban instead.

That’s not oppression.

That’s consequences.
