If you want to actually feel your triceps working during rope pressdowns, focus on your form before adding more weight 👏🏼

✔️Keep your elbows locked close to your sides
✔️Push the rope all the way down into full extension
✔️Pull the rope apart slightly at the bottom
✔️Squeeze your triceps for a second before coming back up
✔️Control the movement the entire time - don’t let the weight swing you

This movement is one of the best for building stronger, more defined arms when done correctly 😮‍💨💪🏼
