Chillin’ like a villain who upgraded us for our 6yr anniversary without even asking!!! Anyhoo, our view is amazing and the v***e cliquot is flowing before our dinner rez at 8. Today we hit up the Isabella Stewart Gardner museum (thank you Shaheen!) and then walked over to the BU bridge to see mural. AMAZING!!! Now we pre-game for dinner at to round out a beautiful and fantastic day with my favorite person in the world.

Where to begin. Got home last night from an incredible trip; Tour du Mont Blanc- 3 countries, 100 miles, 10 days. Europeans refer to the TMB as a “walk!” We call it hiking.

For my stat geeks, here are the totals-
-24,414 ft of climbing
-28,800 ft of, at times, knee crushing descents
-avg 10mi/day
-avg 6hrs of “walking😉”/day

So many great pictures and memories. Had some physical challenges-let’s just call ‘em GI issues. One of the GREATEST things of the outdoor community is the immediate help when a comrade is in need. Thank you to a woman from Pasadena and a trio from the UK who overheard my troubles and came to the rescue with imodium and rehydration packets. Literally life saving.

This was a trip of a life time and once I recover from jet lag and leg fatigue, I’ll be thinking about the next challenge. **tdone

Hi everyone! Courtney here, doing a takeover of RFP social media. Jane will undoubtedly be on in a few days to give you all of the gory details, but I want to beat her to the punch to tell you something she won’t. As many of you know, for Jane’s 60th birthday she decided she wanted to embark on a physical challenge. She decided on a 100+ mile trek around Mont Blanc. Today, we completed that journey. It was the most physically demanding thing either of us have done. There were highs and lows, but I am here to tell you that my wife is an inspiration, snd an example of true grit and strength. Not only did she battle through sickness on this trip, but she TOOK NAMES on the trail. I had to work to keep up with her! She is living proof that 60 is the new 30, and I couldn’t be prouder of her. Way to get s**t done, Jano! You are an inspiration to us all.

Integrating the TGU back in the mix on the regular. This was part of today’s training. I turn 60 in 3 days and realized today I have been lifting weights-consistently- for over 35yrs. That’s more than half my life.

It is the best medicine you could take to stay healthy, strong, resilient, powerful, and a mother fu***ng bad ass, ESPECIALLY as you start the 6th decade of your life. I fell in love with weights in my mid 20’s, and have never wavered in my deep love and devotion.

Getting s**t done, day in and day out!!
