It’s all about moderation not deprivation when it comes to your diet, unless you’re late stages in prep etc
You need to find some joy in the process otherwise you’re going to burn out and undo all the work you’ve done
Remember, your dream physique weighs more than you think it does, eat and fuel your body accordingly
Don’t forget the dogs and caffeine along the way

But it’s not even close to the heaviest weight most of us are carrying
It looks different from person to person and there’s no point in comparing because what good is that going to do?
We’re all carrying that weight the best we can, the only ways we know how
Do yourself a favor and load up what you can on the bar, lift it, and try to offload that other weight… even if it’s just for a little while
