Wave LOVES !! 💪❤️
We had the best time hosting Boston University's CHAARG members at the club last night. They came in with high energy & WORKED through The Resistance Method with Gabby!
If you're unfamiliar with their mission, this amazing nation-wide organization is dedicated to "liberating girls from the elliptical + show them that fitness can [+ should!] be FUN… + that working out is better with friends!" Now THAT is a mission we can get behind!
Thank you so much for coming in & we can't wait to move with you all again soon!

We are pleased to welcome Nicholas Bendixen to the Seaport team, as the new Manager of Wave Health & Fitness!
Nick joins us from the Greater Boston YMCA where he was the Healthy Living Director at the Needham branch, overseeing all aspects of the Health & Wellness department including group exercise, personal training and facility maintenance. He received his Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition in 2019, and his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Nutrition. Nick is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer as well as a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer.
Nick is eager to meet our members and Seaport Hotel Boston guests, and to work alongside to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Welcome to the team, Nicholas!

Fitness classes have returned! Starting today, small group classes will meet during the week:
Tuesdays, 10 am - Water Aerobics with Maryellen
Tuesdays, 12:15 pm - Power Half Virtual with Mike
Tuesdays, 5:45 pm - Vinyasa Yoga with David
Wednesdays, 7 am - Power Yoga with Monica
Thursdays, 10 am - Water Aerobics with Maryellen
Thursdays, 12:15 pm - Power Half Virtual with Mike
Fridays, 7 am - HIIT with Mike
Classes for Full Access members are free; $15 per class for Pool members and $25 per class for non-members. Class sizes are limited and masks will be required indoors. When possible, we will hold classes outside. Further details are available in Punch Pass, when you reserve your spot - www.wavehealth.com.

We're expanding our hours! Effective today:
Monday - Wednesday from 6AM - 7PM
Thursday from 6 am - 8 pm
Friday from 6 am - 11 pm
Saturday from 7 am - 11 pm
Sunday from 7 am - 5 pm
Members will be allowed access to Wave from 5:30 am onward, Monday - Friday, with their membership card.
We hope to see you back in the gym soon!
