We’re 1 full week into 2026 and resolutions are everywhere. Did you know that close to 80% of people drop their resolutions by February?
Some reasons we see this happen:

✨✨It’s the best time of the year and the hardest for our health and fitness. In today’s email, I shared some tips to help you stay on track this holiday season.
