22 weeks 💕

Baby girl is now big enough to kick me and then disappear before anyone else can feel it.

Still feeling great, still staying active, and still wondering how I’m already over halfway there.

Current cravings: snacks.Current hobby: deciding what snack comes after the snack I’m already eating. 😂

21 weeks pregnant 💕

Still feeling great. Still moving my body. Still showing up for myself.

But if there’s one thing this pregnancy has taught me, it’s that you can’t micromanage your body while it’s creating a human.

You can eat well. You can stay active. You can do all the “right” things.

And your body is still going to change.

The swelling, the growing belly, the fuller face, the exhaustion some days—it’s all part of the process.

As someone who loves fitness and has spent years working on my health, I’ve learned that pregnancy isn’t the season to control every outcome. It’s a season to trust your body, give yourself grace, and appreciate the incredible work it’s doing.

So here’s your reminder (and mine): your body isn’t working against you—it’s working for your baby. 🤍

21 weeks and feeling grateful for every change that comes with growing our sweet girl.

🤍 Daily movement

You do not need extreme workouts during pregnancy to feel good. Start with walks, stretching, and simply moving your body more consistently.

This pregnancy I’ve been lifting 4-5x a week and aiming for 8-10k steps a day because it genuinely makes me feel better mentally and physically. Staying active has helped me feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to my body through all the changes. 🤍

🤍 Deep core work + breathing

This has completely changed the way I train this pregnancy. Focusing on breathing, slowing down movements, and core connection has helped so much with posture, stability, and overall feeling supported as my bump grows. 🤍

🤍 Sunlight + fresh air

Sounds simple… because it is 😅 But getting outside daily has helped my mood SO much this pregnancy. Walks, fresh air, sunlight, and just slowing down for a little have helped me feel more grounded and like myself on the harder days. 🤍

Golden hour with my forever 🤍🌅

✨ 16 weeks & finally starting to feel like me again (kindaaaaa)

Pregnancy is such a wild experience… mentally, physically, emotionally. There are moments where you feel like you’re no longer yourself — like your whole world shifts and you’re just living for someone else. And as moms, we already do that… but pregnancy takes it to a whole different level.

The past couple of weeks haven’t been the easiest mentally, but I’m really trying to lean into gratitude and remind myself that this is just a phase 🤍

Physically, I’ve been feeling really good overall 🙏 just dealing with some vascular veins (which I know so many people experience). Taking it seriously, doing some at-home remedies, and seeing a specialist just to make sure everything is good — which I’m sure it is. Just learning to slow down a little… which if you know me, you know isn’t easy 😅

Still moving my body in ways that feel good:
• 4–5 lifts a week
• StairMaster when I can
• 3–4 mile walks when it fits

Also soaking up the slower moments…
lots of baths 🛁
and extra one-on-one time with Maverick 🤍

I still can’t believe I’m going to have a boy and a girl… truly the best of both worlds 🥹

Just taking it day by day, doing my best, and holding onto the gratitude even on the harder days ✨
