30 Minute Full Body Workout!! 🥵🔥

If you’re wondering how long you should rest between exercises and sets, here’s a good rule of thumb:

Give yourself enough time to catch your breath so you can go into the next exercise feeling ready to give it your best effort. When I’m doing circuits like this, I usually rest about 20-30 seconds between exercises and 1 to 2 minutes between rounds/sets. If you’re challenging yourself with heavier weight, resting even longer is totally normal and even recommended.

The goal isn’t to rush through the workout. It’s to recover enough that you can maintain good form and intensity throughout the entire session. If you’re flying through it, it may be a sign that the weight you’re using is too light and you need to up it for more of a challenge. Hope that helps!!

Try for 3 sets of 8-10 reps ☺️

This blueberry cottage cheese bake tastes like a cozy blueberry muffin but packed with way more protein 🫐🥧I’ve been enjoying it all week with a quick zap in the microwave and it’s seriously SO good warm.

Ingredients:
• 1½ cups (360g) low fat cottage cheese
• ¾ cup (75g) quick oats
• 4 large eggs
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Zest of 1 lemon
• ¼ cup (30g) all-purpose flour
• 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1½ cups (240g) fresh blueberries
• 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, oats, maple syrup, and vanilla until mostly smooth.

3. Add the flour, protein powder, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

5. Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the top, followed by the silvered almonds or chopped walnuts.

6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. The bake will continue to firm up as it cools.

8. Cut into 9 pieces.

Topping (per serving):
• 2 tbsp Oikos Nonfat Greek Yogurt
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

The nutrition below is for 2 pieces topped with the Greek yogurt and maple syrup 🤍

the viral dot cakes are literally all over my feed right now, so naturally I had to try making a higher protein version 🎂✨

they remind me of a birthday cake, except everything feels cuter when it’s made in a personal cup.

you could totally make these with boxed cake mix and regular frosting too, but this is a higher protein version using ingredients you may already have at home.

makes 2 mini cakes

PER CAKE:

350 Calories
25g Protein
42g Carbs
7g Fat

CAKE INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp cake batter extract or vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1 scoop vanilla or birthday cake protein powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• pinch of salt

FROSTING:
• 1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
• 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 3 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
• sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix together the greek yogurt, applesauce, monk fruit, eggs, and extract. Add in flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.

Pour batter into a 9 inch baking pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Use your ramekin or small cup to cut out cake circles. You’ll need 4 circles total, 2 layers per mini cake.

Mix together frosting ingredients.

Add one cake layer to each cup, spread frosting on top, add the second cake layer, then finish with more frosting and sprinkles. Enjoy!
