The body remembers. So does the work.

The body holds far more than muscle and bone. It carries history, experience, and memory. Trauma lives in the nervous system—not just the mind. And for those whose bodies carry the weight of injury, loss, or life experiences, movement should be approached with understanding.

It is about creating conditions where choice is restored and your body’s wisdom is honored. Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic tension or seeking a practitioner who understands the depth of healing—the work will meet you exactly where you are.

Thoughtful instruction makes all the difference 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions about Pilates is that it's just another fitness trend — fast-paced movement, endless repetition, and pushing through without understanding the body.

At Endurance, we believe quality instruction changes everything. Our teaching is rooted in attention, precision, and guidance — helping clients to understand not just what they're doing, but why they're doing it.

Because movement should feel intentional. Supported. And built around your body and you.

Meet Our Instructors: Tiff Fallin

Tiff’s teaching is grounded in Classical Pilates and informed by movement education. Certified through Balanced Body and Pilates Academy International, she focuses on proper mechanics, control, and thoughtful progression.

Her commitment to making sure clients understand what they are doing and why, creates body awareness that translates into daily lives. She brings a supportive, grounded presence to every session.

Q: What inspired you to start Classical Pilates?
I was drawn to how intentional and structured the method is. I love the purpose behind the movement, and I appreciate how the work builds strength, control, and body awareness in a progressive way.

Q: What brought you to Boston?
I moved to Boston in 2019 from Rhode Island. I’ve always loved city life, and Boston quickly became home. It has a great movement culture, making it an exciting place to grow as a teacher and student.

Q: How would you describe your teaching style?
I’d describe it as supportive, detail-oriented, and approachable. I enjoy helping clients understand their movement while creating an encouraging and accessible environment. I offer progressions and regressions so students can find the level of challenge that works best for their body.

Q: How has Pilates changed the way you think about movement or wellness?
Pilates has taught me that movement is about consistency, awareness, and quality. It’s changed how I approach fitness and wellness by focusing on longevity and a stronger connection to the body. As I get older, functional movement through a sustainable workout routine is important.

Q: What is your favorite Pilates exercise and why?
Short Spine because it combines control, mobility, articulation, and breath in a way that feels both challenging and restorative. On the mat, my favorite exercise is the shoulder bridge!

Q: Outside of Pilates, what are some of your hobbies?
I enjoy spending time with my dog Brenlee, friends and family, creating content, spending time at the beach, and attending movement workshops and training. Including my NASM personal trainer certification!
