Five years ago, Bobby walked into AUM ready to change his life.
What started as a powerful physical transformation quickly grew into something deeper.
Over time, our work turned into meaningful conversations, real trust, and a brotherhood I’m genuinely grateful for.
Seeing him step into this new chapter — with the woman he loves and the people who matter most — was truly special.
Honored to celebrate these two and the life they’re building together. 💙

I didn’t expect the night to hit me the way it did.
One moment I was looking around the room…
laughing, hugging people I love, seeing faces that have shaped this place for years…
and it just washed over me:
AUM didn’t grow because of fancy equipment or perfect programming.
It grew because of people who gave this place its soul.
People who trusted me before I had anything built.
People who showed up on the hard days.
People who believed in this vision long before it made sense.
People who became family.
Ten years ago, it was just a dream and a handful of dumbbells.
Now it’s a sanctuary — filled with heart, purpose, and a community that lifts each other far beyond the gym floor.
Our AUMversary celebration reminded me of the truth I often forget:
Strength isn’t what happens under a barbell.
Strength is what happens between us.
To my team, my family, my clients, and everyone who has walked through our doors — thank you.
You’ve shaped my life in ways you’ll never fully understand.

From mountains to metabolism.
In Vermont, the climb looked physical—but the work was nervous system, breath, belief.
Back home, it’s the same system running your energy, sleep, and digestion. If you feel “off,” that isn’t a character flaw. It’s data.
What moves the needle (and your biology):
• 60-second downshift after meetings → inhale 4, hold 2, exhale 6 (nasal) × 6–8. Shoulders soft, jaw unclenched, ribs expand 360° (belly follows). Teach stress to leave the driver’s seat.

AUMazing Men’s Retreat
Vermont — Caves • Cold • Connection 🌲💪
What happens when you take a group of men into the mountains?
No noise. No distractions.
Just movement, nature, and truth.
From cave crawls to cold plunges, from tree pull-ups to mountaintop climbs — every challenge stripped away the surface…
until only strength, clarity, and connection remained.
We showed up as individuals and left as brothers.
Every climb revealed something deeper.
Stillness in the struggle.
Power in the pause.
Purpose in the climb. 🏔️
The hardest part wasn’t the terrain…
It was facing ourselves.
But we did it — together. 🙏
Grateful for every man who showed up and leaned in.
