Britt’s Season of Me Welcome to my Season of Me 🌸
A space for health, healing, growth, and learning to choose myself again.

10/23/2026

For the last 12 years, I’ve been hiding my mom pooch.

Oversized shirts, long flowy tops… anything that would cover one of my biggest insecurities.

But yesterday, I did something different. 🥹

I wore a top that showed the very area I’ve spent YEARS trying to hide.

And guess what? I felt CONFIDENT.

I’m 59 lbs down, but what I’m realizing is that this journey is about so much more than losing weight.

It’s about finally feeling comfortable in my own skin and wearing clothes that reflect how I FEEL, not what I’m trying to hide.

When I look back at the woman I was a year ago, I see someone who was trying so hard to find herself again.

Someone who was learning to put her health first, rebuild her confidence, and realize that she deserved to feel GOOD in her own skin.

A year later, I’m still a work in progress. But the woman I am today? She’s stronger, more confident, and finally learning to give herself the same love and grace she’s always given everyone else. 🦋

And the best part? I’m nowhere near finished becoming HER. ❤️

Let’s hear it…what’s ONE thing you’re proud of yourself for accomplishing or overcoming in the past year? Big or small, I want to celebrate YOU! 👇💕

The nervous Nellies asked, so here we are! 🤣💉💪

After all the questions on my last TT video, I wanted to share a little more about my personal experience here on FB.

Everyone’s journey is different, and it’s always important to follow your own medication instructions and healthcare provider’s guidance. ❤️

Now tell me…TEAM ARM, BELLY, OR THIGH?! 👀👇🏼

Listen… IYKYK! 🤣💉

I’ve been on this health journey long enough to know that sometimes switching things up comes with a little surprise! 😂

But apparently my RIGHT ARM decided to be the main character this week because WHEWWW! 🤣💀

RIP to the chicken wings I had my heart set on…I managed TWO. TWO!!!

Now I need to know… where’s my GLP-1 community at?! 👀👇🏼

Are you team ARM, BELLY, or THIGH?! And have you ever noticed a difference when switching things up?

Let’s hear it because I KNOW y’all have stories! 🤣❤️

Just sharing my personal experience, everyone’s journey is different!

Some questions really make you wonder if people hear themselves when they speak!

Imagine someone simply trying to get healthier, heal, feel better, and LIVE their best life… and THIS is what you choose to ask?! 🤦‍♀️🤣

At the end of the day, everyone’s journey looks different. We’re all just trying to become better versions of ourselves, and that should be celebrated, not questioned! ❤️

Sometimes you just have to laugh because WHAT?! 😂

Be honest… have you ever been asked a question that made you want to respond like this?! 👀👇

Time can change SO much. 🥹💗

Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and in the way you see yourself.

Looking back at where I was compared to where I am today reminds me that progress isn’t always about the number on the scale. Sometimes it’s about finding your confidence again, feeling more like yourself, and realizing just how far you’ve come. 🦋✨

This journey hasn’t been perfect, and neither am I. But I’m proud of the woman who kept showing up, even on the hard days. ❤️

💬 Let’s celebrate some wins together! What’s ONE thing that’s changed for the better in your life over the last six months? Big or small, I want to hear it!

Let’s fill these comments with positivity, encouragement, and reminders that every little victory matters! 🫶

When the small towel finally fits all the way around! 🥹👏

It might seem like such a simple thing, but these unexpected everyday moments are the ones that remind me just how far I’ve come. Progress isn’t only found in numbers, it’s also found in the little things that suddenly feel different.

Celebrate the small wins, besties. They’re actually pretty big. 🤍

What’s a small win you’ve celebrated recently?

FRIENDS…consider this your sign to stop waiting for “one day.” ✨

A year ago, I needed my best friend’s help just to get this dress off in the fitting room. This year, I slipped it on, wore it confidently, and took it off all by myself. 🥹💙

This journey is about so much more than a dress or a number—it’s about keeping promises to myself, rebuilding my confidence, and finally feeling like me again.

If you’re working toward your own “one day,” follow along and let’s do this together. I’m sharing the victories, the setbacks, and all the real-life moments in between. Drop a 💙 below so I can cheer you on too!

Looking at these photos, I’m reminded that the biggest transformation wasn’t on the outside,
it was in my mindset.

This journey has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of showing up for myself, even on the hardest days. Every setback became a lesson, and every small step forward helped shape the person I’m becoming.

I’m so grateful for everything this journey has taught me and for everyone who’s been here cheering me on. The best part isn’t just how far I’ve come it’s who I’ve become along the way. ❤️

This shirt used to stay in the back of my closet.
The buttons were always pulling, the fabric felt unforgiving, and I was constantly aware of every inch of my body when I wore it.

Today, I put it on…and didn’t feel the need to change immediately.
I felt comfortable. I felt okay being seen.

It’s been a long journey, and moments like this remind me that progress isn’t just about numbers.
Sometimes it’s about getting dressed and feeling at peace in your own skin and that’s a win worth celebrating 🤍
