Power Yoga & Yin Yoga are practices that open up possibilities on and off the mat. I am here to help Yoga aims toward transcendence of all those things.

When asked, many people say they do yoga to gain flexibility, strength and even enlightenment. But the truth is that the practice of yoga is not about changing the brain, body, headstands, or even about gaining greater happiness and joy. If it were, it'd be just like taking a spin class or doing a set of lunges at the gym. In a culture in which we rush from one day to the next, constantly trying to change our health, our body, our looks, or our emotions, yoga opens up the possibility of connecting to what we already have -- to who we already are. All classes are all levels. There are no expectations about what you can or can't do - just get on your mat and get started! ☀️ Summer is for living—and yoga helps you enjoy every minute of it!

Longer days, vacations, and busy calendars can make it tempting to skip your practice, but summer is actually one of the best times to stay consistent. Yoga keeps your body strong for hiking, biking, paddleboarding, gardening, and all the adventures this season brings. It also helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and keeps you feeling grounded when life gets busy.

Come move, breathe, laugh, and reconnect with an amazing community. You don't have to practice perfectly—you just have to keep showing up.

I'd love to see you on the mat this week. 💜

Think less. Move more. Breathe together.

This Sagittarius Rising message feels deeply true for me right now. ✨

Lately I’ve been trying to untangle old narratives and gently return my attention to the things that bring me joy, aliveness, intuition, and peace. There’s something powerful about choosing to focus on what expands your heart instead of what contracts it.

Yoga has been such a beautiful part of that process for me — a space to reconnect, soften, breathe, and remember what matters.

I’ll be teaching at Wise on Wednesday at both 9:30am and 7:30pm, and I hope we can cultivate a little more joy together in our practice. 🤍
