The real magic happens when individual swimming skills come together. ✨💦

A safe entry, rollover, float and safe exit are more than separate lesson activities. Together, they help swimmers learn how to respond, regain control and move toward safety in the water.

Each skill is practiced with purpose, building greater independence and confidence one lesson at a time. 🎃

Something spooky is making a splash... Survival Week returns November 2nd-8th! 🎃💦

During this special week, swimmers will practice their water safety skills while fully clothed, giving them the opportunity to safely experience how clothing can affect movement in the water.

Practicing in a controlled lesson environment helps swimmers better understand what an unexpected real-life water situation could feel like while reinforcing the skills they can use to respond.
Get ready for a frightfully important week of water safety! 👻

Hey West Seattle Families! Join us this Sunday, October 25th from 11 AM–2 PM for one of our favorite fall traditions - Harvest Fest. We’ll kick things off with the West Seattle High School Marching Band, followed by a parade of costumed trick-or-treaters through the Junction.

Spend the afternoon trick-or-treating at local businesses, catch live music, vendor activations with fun games for the kids, cheer on the chili cook-off and pie-eating contest, and enjoy plenty of Halloween fun for the whole family. PLUS a pet costume contest this year with prizes for all participants!

Stop by and say hi at our our booth, where we'll be doing a pumpkin ring toss game!

We're proud to be part of that impact right here in the Greater Seattle area, helping local swimmers build confidence and learn essential water safety skills. Thank you to the LA Fitness in Ballard, West Seattle, and Burien for providing such exceptional pool environments for our swimmers!
