This is why Jiu Jitsu is so good for your kids. He say your son but this applies to boys and girls. I know some days your  kids don’t want to go to class. But I urge you to make them go and repeat our mantra! Always do your best! Never give up! We put in the work, we overcome adversity, we accept the challenge, we embrace the grind we instill life skills in young kids through physical challenges.

November is going to be a one! The fight team has been putting in work and we’re excited to watch them perform! 👊🏼

First up, it’s .ortizh in his 2nd pro fight, and making his amateur MMA debut; at on November 2nd.

Then, it’s .ortizh slated to make a quick turnaround to compete in his 3rd pro fight, .toon making his 7th walk to the cage, and making his MMA debut; at on November 23rd.

Come out and support the team if you’re able to make it out - it’s always a great time! Check with the gym front desk for tickets (cash only), or you can purchase tickets online (coga.tv). Get them fast because they always sell out! If you can’t be there live, there’s a stream available for purchase (link in bio)! Let’s gooo!
