With the right guidance, Reformer Pilates can help support your body through every trimester by improving posture, strengthening the pelvic floor + core, increasing mobility, and helping you feel more connected to your changing body.
At Care·To, we offer pregnancy-safe class options with thoughtful modifications from our instructors so you can continue moving safely and confidently throughout your pregnancy journey.
Safe during pregnancy:
✨ Foundations
✨ Water
✨ Stretch
✨ Fire (up to 2nd trimester)
Air classes are not recommended during pregnancy due to the higher intensity, jumping, and advanced abdominal work.
