I’m late posting this one. I’m still working on my editing skills. 😁
This was a cold day but Marc crushed it.
These are very dedicated people. We workout in the wind (90 MPH), in the snow and sub freezing temps. And of course all outside. I can’t be more proud of my clients!
These are some seriously motivated women. Gusts were hitting 60+ MPH. Debris was flying everywhere. Power was out all over town and we heard sirens several times while in the park. Way to go Rosalie and Steph!

I recently had an interview with a local publication called Shoutout Colorado. They are an online magazine featuring local entrepreneurs and has meaningful conversations with them as part of their community building. They were originally based in LA as part of the Voyage group of magazines and now are in dozens of cities supporting local communities.

It gets harder to get up before the sunrise this time of year, but always worth it. As the days get hotter, it’s more important to stay hydrated. Dehydration can cause lots of different issues in your body. Getting your run or workout in early can also help manage overheating.

This lady is committed to her health! I shoveled a little space for safety but she showed up and killed the workout! I am amazed at how far she has come in a short time. She has taken full advantage of our Eric Brown Scholarship at MEF. I am very proud of her. 💪🏼 go Rosalie!
