I am back!

Took a month off from this page to really figure out my intention with it and the overall purpose of it.

I really value the content I put out to people and found myself getting sucked into others ideas of what “i should be posting”.

Moving forward, this page may look a little different but I promise that the content will be valuable to all of you in some way. I hope you all like the changes I make and I thank you for following me and interacting with my content. I appreciate all of you and am so grateful for the support. 🤍

Same body. Different angles.

It’s amazing what a pose and a good waistband can do to change the way our bodies look!

Be proud of the skin your in. Social media is a collection of single photos that involved the deleting of 100000 other photos.

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL 🌈

Officially feeling like myself in the gym again! Finally starting to see progress in my lifts and improvements in my technique.

Don’t forget to be patient with yourself and the process. If you are doing all of the right things and being consistent with them, you will see results! Change takes time so keep pushing! 🤍

Your Apple Watch does not dictate the effectiveness of your workout!

We tend to fixate on numbers when we are trying to reach a goal. While they can be helpful, they can also be harmful to our mental state.

Use these numbers as a guideline and a way to track your progress. That being said, do not let them define you or your self worth!

This summer has been quite a rough one for me in terms of my health and fitness. Ever since my vacation in June, I have had a very difficult time regaining motivation and discipline in my life. There always seems to be an excuse or something getting in the way of me achieving my goals. This has also been very destructive toward my mental health and my self confidence.

I am sharing this with you because I know that many of you may be in a similar position to me. We all struggle, we all have rough periods, and we all can overcome these things! That is why I am offering this strength and fat loss challenge for the month of September. I am ready to create some sustainable habits in my life and have some accountability from you guys along the way.

I will be sharing a more detailed post about it on my feed sometime this weekend. If this sounds like something that you would be interested in, DM me and I will get you signed up!

Day #1 of vacation included a surprise torrential downpour on a bike ride!

Fully enjoying myself on my final vacation of summer and I am not sorry about it 🤩

STOP OVERCOMPLICATING FITNESS.

Simple compound lifts will get you amazing results without injury! These are things like a squat, a deadlift, RDL, bicep curl, overhead press. If you are doing advanced lifts without mastering the basics then you will likely get hurt. You also will likely not see the results you’re looking for because of poor form and technique.

Get those simple movements down and then you can start experimenting. 🏋️‍♀️

Your health and fitness journey will never end. You should be constantly adjusting your goals and methods in order to avoid plateaus and/or overtraining.

Change up your reps, your weight, your workout split. Whatever it may be! Making small changes like these are great ways to keep moving forward! 🍉

We do not slow down, take a break, and reassess often enough.

Taking care of your mind and body should be your priority! Being healthy is not about constantly testing what your body can withstand. Health is being able to listen to your body and respond the appropriate way. 🦋

Last camping trip of the summer ended with a 8 mile hike that I am still recovering from. 🥾

Find the activities that you love doing. Getting exercise does not have to feel like a chore! 💪
