4-5x1 mile. (60-90” rest)
Zone 4- low zone 4 on FEEL.

OK, I did it for the views first. me talking to myself out loud for two hours about human physiology is generally the side effect for me walking around in the woods…

You cannot simply go cross country skiing one or two times and call it cross Training. If you want to get real training facts, you need to become proficient enough at your morality to really see the benefits of doing it.
all kinds of different activities have pros and cons to them if you’re a runner, cyclist or multi sport athlete of any type pick something that either addresses a specific weakness. Or something in the endurance realm is repetitive you can do for extended durations and his leg focused. Cross country skiing or uphill skinning are both examples of great winter time cross training activities.
