When I started my business as a meditation teacher and life coach, I came I as the autistic engineer I am..
I immediately became obsessed with learning the ins and outs of business.
I remember writing in my journal - dreaming about my business being at the point where I only do the things I love.. the things within my gifts and genius.
Within a few years, I scaled my business to $30-50k a month every month and 97% of my time was serving my clients directly or creating my copy/content. Everything else was simplified, automated, or delegated to someone who that was their genius zone.
I love the internal capacity work - it’s a part of my daily routine. Trauma resolution, self care - lymphatic, hormonal, nervous system care, mindset, spiritual development, shadow work. These things are so so important when growing a business.
But my engineer heart wants all the high capacity, deep mystics and facilitators reading this to know that your business also gets to hold you. 🤲

Colorado friends - I would love to invite you to a retreat with my beloved teacher, Tulku Yeshi Rinpoche this weekend! (Details in the photos!!)
Rinpoche is the person who has had the most profound impact on my life, along with my parents who gave me life. He has been my root teacher for 7 years. His depth of wisdom and love is profound, beyond words. He can give me one sentence of advice that takes a year to integrate, and by the time I do my life is transformed.
Here’s something I wrote last year:
